We are looking for a deputy head of the sales department to join SKVOT, an online school of popular culture. Your future tasks: management of the sales department team: speed of application processing, maintenance of the CRM system; drawing up a work plan for sales managers during the day and month: building a work schedule; developing templates for communicating with clients; managing the distribution of applications between sales managers; preparing weekly and monthly reports for the head of the sales department; interaction from the support or IT department to solve technical problems that sales managers may encounter. Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks: experience working with tables, graphs, formulas: knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel; have an analytical mindset and "you" with different mathematical problems and numbers; desire to drive changes: search and implementation of new methods and tools for automating work processes to increase productivity team; attention to detail and meticulousness in the performance of tasks; knowledge of a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination; a high level of communication skills for building effective interaction with colleagues; the ability to objectively assess situations, argue their decisions to resolve conflicts and contradictions.
