To continue winning, we need a team of the best. We are looking for a deputy head of the sales department to join the SKVOT team, an online school of popular culture. Your future tasks: management of the sales department team: the speed of processing applications, maintaining the CRM system; drawing up a work plan for sales managers for the day and month: building a work schedule; developing templates for communication with customers; managing the distribution of applications between sales managers; preparing weekly and monthly reports for the head of the sales department; interaction with the support department or IT to solve technical problems that the sales managers may encounter. Skill pack for high-quality performance of tasks: experience working with tables, graphs, formulas: knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel; have an analytical mind and "you" with various mathematical problems and numbers; desire to drive changes: search and implementation of new methods and tools for automation of work processes to increase team productivity; attention to details and meticulousness in completing tasks; knowledge of a systematic approach, clear processes and team coordination; a high level of communication skills to build effective interaction with colleagues; the ability to objectively assess situations, argue their decisions for resolution of conflicts and contradictions. Nice-to-have: Pre-Intermediate English; experience with analytics.
