OSCHADBANK invites to the team the Deputy Head of the Regional Network Development Process Support Department. Key tasks: Development or updating of internal regulatory documents. Participation in drawing up network development plans, selection of priority institutions for modernization and coordination of modernization project implementation works (opening, relocation of branches): formation and coordination of plans-schedules for works at the facilities, monitoring of stages and terms of works. Analysis of components/factors that have a significant impact on the performance of departments (number of personnel, staffing of positions, expenses for renting premises, for collection, etc.). Participation in the determination of factors for the possible optimization of operational costs of branches. Completion and maintenance of separate information resources regarding the performance indicators of territorially separated off-balance sheet branches of the Bank. Analysis of the development trend of the network of competing banks and the regional network of the bank, its structure, dynamics of changes. Provision of practical and consulting assistance to structural to the divisions of the Bank on issues related to the Department's competence. This position requires: Full higher education in economics, law or management (master's degree, specialist). Work experience in the banking system for at least 3 years.
