Deputy head of the production unit (facade direction) in SAGA Development

We are looking for a highly qualified and responsible Deputy Head of the division, who will lead the technical management and coordination of projects in the field of capital construction (facade direction). Duties and responsibilities:

• Development and approval of initial data, questionnaires, cards of technical solutions and work tasks.
• Participation in obtaining, reviewing and approving results, engineering surveys, technical solutions, design and estimate documentation.
• Technical consulting on the use of the latest materials, technologies and work organization; Participation in the development of the technical and economic substantiation of "TEO"; Taking part in the development of technical and engineering concepts and solving technical issues of the project; Ensuring compliance of project documentation with norms, standards and requirements.
• Coordinating and checking the work of developers of design and estimate documentation.
• Providing developers with the necessary technical data.
• Organization and control elimination of defects and optimization of project and estimate documentation.
• Provision of proposals to optimize the costs of the capital construction object.
• Participation in the protection of the project, individual technical solutions, necessary justified deviations from existing ones norms, rules, instructions, takes part in the necessary coordination with state authorities and local self-government bodies.
• Preparation and control of design schedules.

  Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in the field of construction.
  • Work experience in the field of construction for at least 5 years, with of them for at least 2 years in the position of production manager or deputy head of the site (preferably facade direction).
  • Knowledge of construction technologies and materials for facade works.
  • Experience in developing design and estimate documentation of the "P" stage ", "R", "RD" and protection of the project in expert examination.
  • Experience in author supervision.
  • Experience of working with foreign companies will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge norms and standards in the field of design and construction (DBN, SNiP, DSTU).
  • Ability to calculate the cost of project work, project expertise, investigative work.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information.
