Deputy head of the processing support department

Functional duties:

·              technical support of the authorization host software of the Bank's card processing;
·              technical support of 3DSS and ACS servers of the Bank;
·              configuration of the Bank's software processing complex in accordance with the Bank's current card products, the Bank's tariffs for servicing international payment cards, the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and international payment systems; 
·              testing and carrying out planned software updates in accordance with the requirements of the card business unit of the Bank, NBU, international payment systems; 
·              implementation of certification projects in international payment systems to ensure new functionality of the Bank's processing; 
·              development in accordance with the requirements of the Bank's business divisions of scenarios for the operation of the Bank's terminal equipment; 
·              testing of scenarios of operation of terminal equipment for all used configurations of terminal equipment;
·              communication with software suppliers, employees of international payment systems, employees of the National Bank of Ukraine and other organizations on issues related to the work of the Bank in servicing payment cards and remote banking service systems;
 

Requirements for candidates:

• Full higher technical or economic education;
• experienced PC user;
• knowledge of the working principles of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems; 
• free orientation in message formats of Visa and MasterCard authorization interfaces;
• free orientation in 3DS message formats;
• knowledge of rules and regulatory documents of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems ;
• work with the Oracle DBMS at the level of an experienced user; 
• programming at an intermediate level in any object-oriented programming language;
• knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS at an intermediate level;
• knowledge of the principles of operation of terminal equipment;
• knowledge of the interface description language of the Diebold 912 ATM;
• work with the CCI TerMaster software to configure POS terminals;
• knowledge of the SQL query language at an intermediate level ;
• English language (at the level of reading technical documentation and correspondence on technical and organizational issues);
• availability of a military ticket or a temporary certificate of conscript (for men).
