Deputy head of the personnel department in RC Group

Requirements and necessary experience:

• Higher education (personnel management / jurisprudence, law / management, or social psychology); 
• Additional training (courses/seminars) in labor legislation, personnel accounting, record keeping, military accounting - will be an advantage;
• Experience in a similar or managerial position of 5 years or more, preferably in the field of construction or production;
• Successful experience in building or optimizing HR functions in medium or large companies ("150-200+" employees); 
• Knowledge of the Labor Code, laws "On mobilization training", "On military duty"; 
• Practical skills: booking, working with PF, ACTION, preparation of answers and appeals to TCC, creation of internal provisions; 
• A confident user of 1C, Excel, M.E.Doc, BAS ZUP, personnel systems; 
• Experience of participation in audits, inspections of the State Labor Office, TCC, SFS - will be an advantage; Knowledge of the peculiarities of the shift method of work, registration of seasonal and temporary workers; 
• Languages:

          •         Fluency in the Ukrainian language - spoken and written.

          •         English - will be an advantage, at the Intermediate+ level for work and communication with international contractors.

• Personal qualities:

• ability to work with people, organize and motivate subordinates, ability to work in a team for results; 

• Organization and control of the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with the Labor Code (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, timesheet accounting, registration of all types of vacations and sick days, preparation of certificates of labor activity, etc.);
• Maintenance of personal files, orders, reports, work books (electronic and paper); roster;
• Preparation of reports: 1-PV, PFU, State Labor, TCC.

Military accounting and mobilization:

• Maintenance of military accounting of conscripts and conscripts;
• Preparation and support of booking of employees in accordance with the requirements of legislation;
• Cooperation with territorial centers assembly (TCC),submission of certificates, notices.

           Work with personnel:

• Organization of selection, adaptation, rotation of personnel.
• Development of job instructions, rules of internal labor procedures, regulations.
• Control of compliance with labor discipline, participation in the investigation of conflict situations.
• Participation in audits, inspections, court hearings (in case of labor disputes).

Processes and system:

• Automation of personnel accounting (HRM-systems, Excel, 1C, M.E.Doc, SOTA, etc.).
•     Formation, implementation and control of internal HR procedure.
•       Close cooperation with accounting, legal department, technical and administrative departments.
