Key tasks:

• Internal and external reporting.
• Reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine.
• Control of the work of personnel administration employees.
• Working with regular painting.

Experience and qualifications:

• Experience in the banking system (preferred).
• Experience in management positions is not less than 1 year.
• Full higher education (preferably a law degree).
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and personnel business processes.
• Knowledge of military accounting (certificate of professional development is desirable).
• Experience of working with personnel programs, experience with Profix (preferred).
• Experience in creating internal regulatory documents.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Visio.
