  • Develop and implement hr-strategies in working with sales personnel: search and selection, adaptation of new employees, motivation, etc.
  • Execute KPI indicators according to company goals
  • Support a team of managers from personnel (planning, organization, motivation, control and coordination of their work)
  • Conduct analysis of the labor market and trends in the development of food retail
  • Analyze information, form reports
  • Participate in various company projects
