Deputy head of the financial department in Arsenal Strahuvannya

We are looking for a Deputyhead of the financial department - a professional who willreliable support for his manager,will manage financial processes andwill implement effective solutions for the development of the company.

Your main tasks:

• Participation in the development of the company's financial strategyexpenditure, font-weight: none". style="font-weight: 400">liquidity and effective managementfinancial flows

• Formation of the company's annual budget (PL, CF, BS) development of adjustment recommendations

• Monthlymonitoring and analysis of budget execution andcash flow, providing suggestions for optimizing financial processes

• Preparation of management reports, which will be used to accept keyfinancial solutions

• Ensuring tax compliance, control of tax obligations and submission of reports in accordance with the requirements of the NBU

• Team management: distribution of tasks, motivation and development of personnel, creation of effective communication within the department

• Implementation and optimization of the BAS ERP system to increase the efficiency of financial management

Our ideal candidate:

• Hasmore than 3 years of experience in the financial field, of which a minimum of 1.5 years in management positions. Work experience requiredin medium and large companies.

• Higher education in the industryfinance,economics or accounting

• Has deep knowledge in financial management,budgeting (PL, CF, BS), financial control andtax reporting

• Worked with BAS ERP or othersfinancial systems, implemented and optimized financial processes

• Knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage

• Strong analytical skills andstrategic thinking

• Quickly adapts to dynamic environment, accepts reasonablefinancial solutions in difficult situations

• Has developed communication skills, knows how to effectively interact with manual, other departments andby regulatory bodies
