Deputy Head of the Department of Evaluation and Monitoring of Support in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

to develop methodological materials, instructions, regulations and procedures for evaluation and monitoring of the Bank's collateral property, accreditation of evaluation and outsourcing companies;
evaluate and verify the results of the assessment of collateral property, structure complex corporate business agreements;
to coordinate the implementation of monitoring of pledged property, including to organize and support processes of involvement of evaluation and outsourcing companies (surveyors);
to monitor the current legislation of Ukraine and normative acts of the National Bank of Ukraine for the purpose of its application in current work and implementation to internal regulatory documents;
accompany the process of collection/realization of mortgaged property, external audits in terms of assessment control;
to participate in the development of information and technical infrastructure development of the Department of Assessment, digitalization of processes.
You are suitable if you have:

higher education by field of activity (economic or financial);
valid evaluator qualification certificate in areas 1.1, 1.2 (areas 1.3, 1.7, 2.1 will be an advantage);
relevant work experience in the banking sector in divisions that carry out evaluation and monitoring of collateral property, management of collateral portfolio (at least 3 recent years);
knowledge of current normative documents of the National Bank of Ukraine on the management of the mortgage portfolio, credit risk management (acceptability of collateral); perfect knowledge of Resolution 351, Resolution 64 in part
security;
perfect knowledge of current legislation in the field of property valuation (Law on valuation, NSO of Ukraine, MSO);
experience in drafting and implementing internal regulatory documents; experience in organizing work with outsourcing companies (estimation, surveying), including preparation of requirements for competitions/tenders;
experience of participation in the process of recovery/realization of mortgaged property in terms of assessment control, availability verification;
work experience in supporting external audits and NBU audits in terms of collateral assessment and monitoring;
experience in structuring complex corporate deals. business (in terms of collateral).
Will be an advantage:

work experience in a managerial position of 2 years or more;
reporting skills, preparation of presentation materials (MS Power Point, knowledge of MS Power BI, knowledge of MS SQL); knowledge of the rules and approaches to the accounting of provision by banks (ABS B2);
knowledge of foreign languages ​​at level B1 or higher;
work experience in state banks;
work experience as an analyst/project manager (formulation of requirements, construction of BRD, adaptation of work processes to new IT solutions, etc.).
