Main responsibilities:

• Development of front-end development
< li> Organization and control of the activity of the department
• Optimization of the used infrastructure
• Construction of interaction and assistance processes within the department
• Launch of new projects in accordance with the requirements and deadlines of the customer

• Management of IT tasks, including technical ones, at the level of prioritization and routing
• Willingness to independently make important decisions, set goals for the team and achieve them
• Work with project and technological documentation
• Planning of direction resources, control and coordination of work performance
• Analysis of IT architecture and infrastructure, identification of areas that need updating
• Interaction with customers, suppliers decisions, divisions of the bank
• Participation in the technical examination of proposals and requirements
• Analysis of needs in the system development part
• Design, development and implementation of highly loaded projects
• li> Willingness and ability to base their decisions on objective data: analytics and research

Basic requirements:

• 5+ years of team management
• 5+ years in the IT industry
• Understanding of IT technologies, their trends, development tools and code delivery
• Understanding of architecture and principles of client-server applications
• Understanding the structure and purpose of application components (SQL, noSQL, MQ, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, etc.)
• Understanding the basic principles of information security
• Experience in creating and of product development
• Experience writing code, as well as understanding development stages
• High level of organizational and communication skills
• Fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (incl. business)
• Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than Intermediate

Will be an advantage:

• COBIT or ITIL certification
