The main task of this role is to

• help the manager organize operational processes in the program department,
• consolidate project information to provide senior management with relevant quality information on existing projects and planning.
• monitor current needs in the KSU network and later form them into project applications

Responsibilities:

• Read contracts with donors, fix project implementation deadlines, terms of funds transfer, etc.
• Participate in writing policies, regulations, instructions, etc., which concern of the program department.
• Assisting the program manager in the strategic planning and development of the department.
• Monitoring compliance with reporting deadlines and coordinating reporting processes.
• Assisting in responding to donor inquiries .
• Support of the project management system (LEO PPM), in which all projects are entered.
• Participation in the processes of developing new project proposals and/or coordination processes with donors.
• li>Tracking (monitoring) of current needs in the field of charity, for a quick and effective response to existing needs in society.
• Interaction with partner organizations and donor institutions.
