REKA-MED FARM - the pharmaceutical production of the "Yuriya-Pharm" group in Uzbekistan - invites a manager for the position of deputy head of production with relocation to Uzbekistan.

Functional duties:

• Participation in the operational management of production processes.
• Organization of the implementation of the production plan in the established terms.
• Control of compliance with technological instructions, rules for storage and accounting of raw materials and finished products.
• Supporting the implementation of initiatives to improve production processes.
• Preparation of proposals for modernization of equipment and improvement of working conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP standards, labor protection and industrial safety standards.
• Control of production discipline, participation in personnel training.
• Interaction with other divisions to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Performance of the duties of the production director in case of his absence.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (pharmaceutical, chemical or technical).
• Experience in pharmaceutical production from 3 years, inclusive with management experience.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and production regulations.
• Skills of analysis, process organization and documentation.
• Leadership qualities, responsibility, initiative.
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop in production management.
