Responsibilities:

• Organization of production workers.
• Training of new employees.
• Control of the quality of performed work in accordance with technical requirements and standards.
• Control of compliance with the terms of order fulfillment.
• Keeping records of completed work and reporting management.
• Solving current production issues, ensuring smooth operation of the site.

Requirements:

• Experience in production;
• Experience in team management or mentoring;
• Knowledge of technological processes;
• Responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team;
• Ability to read technical documentation will be an advantage.
