TVC "Milk Island" is a network of three powerful dairies (Malorohanskyi, Kegichivskyi, Novovodolazskyi) and three trading houses in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv, which have been producing and selling quality dairy products for 20 years. We are actively expanding, so now we are looking for our team:head of production!

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experiencefrom 5 years
• Higher education
• Work with equipment, technological maps and recipes
• Personnel management experience
• Experience in the food industrywill be an advantage
• Politeness, ability to work, stress resistance, discipline

Your tasks:

• Ensure the implementation of the shift production plan;
• Organize and control the work of shift personnel;
• Control compliance with technological processes, sanitary standards and labor safety rules
• Ensure timely start-up, adjustment and shutdown of technological equipment;
• Maintain shift documentation, logs of equipment operation and output;
• Check the quality of raw materials and finished products, interact with the laboratory;
• Conduct occupational safety briefings for shift workers;
