Requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar position in construction for 3 years;
< li>Higher specialized education (construction, engineering);
• Experience of working with administrative and supervisory control organizations;
• Knowledge of the legal framework in construction, knowledge of technical regulations;
• Knowledge of construction technologies and materials;
• Confident mastery of project planning and accounting programs;
• Ability to make effective decisions and resolve conflict situations;
• High level of organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team

• Managing the implementation of the entire complex of construction works on objects;
• Control over the proper fulfillment of their obligations by contractors;
• Control over the quality and deadlines of work in accordance with the approved schedule;
• Control over compliance with technical norms of performance of work in accordance with the legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, etc. documentation;
• Control over the technical documentation of the project;
• Management of the budget and material resources;
• Compilation of requests for materials and control of their implementation by the relevant structural units;

• Participation in technical commissions for the handover of the object;
• Control over completed approved project documentation;
• Ensuring the implementation of the project in accordance with the requirements of the customer and legislation.
