Deputy General Director for production issues in Promotion

Our client, a producer and exporter of sunflower oil,holds a competition for the position of Deputy General Director for production issues / Technical Director.
 
< strong>Responsibilities:

• Implementation of operational management and control of production activities;
• Development and implementation of strategies for modernization and improvement of production processes;< /li>
• Participation in the development of technical projects and specifications of new equipment and technologies;
• Development and implementation of technology and accounting automation systems;
• Control over maintenance and repair of equipment;< /li>
• Planning and control of implementation of investment projects;
• Control of compliance with quality and safety standards; 
• Participation in drawing up and monitoring the execution of production budgets;
• Search and cooperation with suppliers of equipment, goods and services;
• Conducting tenders for the purchase of equipment, goods and services;
• Organization of effective interaction between departments;
• Control of compliance with corporate ethics;
• Operational control of the security service; 
• Communication with regulatory bodies;
• Preparation of reports for management.
• 
  Required qualifications and skills:
   
   Higher technical education is mandatory;
• Experience of managing a production enterprise and/or experience as a technical director for at least 5 years;
• In-depth knowledge of technological processes processing of agricultural products;
• Experience in the development and implementation of technology and accounting automation systems; 
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems, experience in implementing innovations;
• Experience in managing teams and projects, strong leadership skills;
• Understanding corporate finance and budgeting; 
   Ability to form and analyze management reporting;
• Experience in managing work efficiency and its evaluation, development and control of KPI;
• Orientation on results, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.< br/> 
• Readiness for business trips;
• Experience of working in foreign companies and foreign trade will be an advantage;
• MBA certificate and English language skills are desirable
