- Implementation of operational management and control of production activities;

- Participation in the development of technical projects and specifications of new equipment and technologies;
- Development and implementation of technology and accounting automation systems;
- Control over maintenance and repair of equipment;< /li>
- Planning and control of implementation of investment projects;
- Control of compliance with quality and safety standards;
- Participation in drawing up and monitoring the execution of production budgets;
- Search and cooperation with suppliers of equipment, goods and services;
- Conducting tenders for the purchase of equipment, goods and services;
- Organization of effective interaction between departments;

Required qualifications and skills:
Higher technical education is mandatory;- Experience of managing a production enterprise and/or experience as a technical director for at least 5 years;

- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems, experience in implementing innovations;
- Experience in managing teams and projects, strong leadership skills;
