The Public Health Center is reforming the health care system of Ukraine and taking steps to develop public health. Our team is looking for a Deputy General Director Requirements for our candidate: Higher education of the II level with a master's degree in the field of knowledge " Management and Administration" or "Public Management and Administration", or 22 "Health Care", or "Law" or "Economics" in the field of knowledge "Social and Behavioral Sciences". Work experience in managerial positions for at least 5 years. Knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine , current legislation on health care and normative documents regulating the activities of health care institutions, labor legislation. Knowledge of the basics of management and organization of financial and economic activities of health care institutions. Knowledge of the procedure for keeping accounting and reporting documentation, processing medical statistics of information. Excellent knowledge of oral and written business Ukrainian language. High level of computer literacy: Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Responsibilities of our candidate: Organization of effective work of subordinate structural units of the Center and support of activities: collection and analysis data; monitoring and evaluation of program activities; implementation and support of information systems for public health needs; creation of mechanisms for the development and use of information and analytical resources; ensuring the organization of epidemiological surveillance of infectious and parasitic diseases; program support for specific prevention of vaccine-controlled infections; coordination of prevention programs infections and infection control and countering the spread of antimicrobial resistance; 2. Planning and coordination of the implementation of policies in the field of epidemiological surveillance of infectious and non-infectious diseases at the national level. 3. Coordination in the implementation of state policy in the field of specific prevention of vaccine-controlled infections, formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of immunoprophylaxis and protection of the population from vaccine-controlled infections. 4. Coordination in the implementation of infection prevention and infection control programs in health care institutions at the national and regional level; 5.
