Our client, a humanitarian organization, part of an international movement, in connection with the expansion of humanitarian programs and strategic development, is looking for a qualified and ambitious specialist for the position of Deputy General Director of Finance, Human Resources and Logistics (division of duties: 50% / 35% / 15% ) Main duties: 1. Development and implementation of financial management strategies to ensure transparency and efficiency of financial operations, including transition to IFRS and implementation of a new ERP system. 2. Improvement of management reporting systems to optimize the allocation of resources and achieve the organization's strategic goals. Development of the budgeting and control function. 3. Ensuring compliance with all financial norms, laws and standards through active participation in audit and inspection processes. 4. Creation, updating and improvement of financial and accounting policies, instructions and procedures to ensure financial stability and strategic development. 5. Development of HR strategies, including recruitment, development, motivation and retention of talent, in order to support the organization's strategic goals. 6. Coordination of improving logistics processes, maximizing productivity and ensuring competitive advantage. Clear control and improvement of procurement procedures. 7. Participation in strategic analysis and reporting for making informed management decisions in the fields of finance, personnel and logistics. Candidate requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.2. Work experience in international organizations is an advantage. 3. Work experience of 10 years or more in the field of finance and managerial positions is a must. Work experience in the field of personnel and logistics is an advantage. 4. Knowledge of IFRS is a must, having an ACCA/DipIFR certificate, experience in BIG4 is an advantage. 5. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (critical). 6. High level of honesty and professionalism, dedication, ethical behavior and transparency of processes. 7. Strategic thinking, communication skills, empathy. 8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
