Candidate requirements: higher education (accounting and auditing, economics, finance); high level of communication; ability to communicate with top project managers and partners; experience of working as a financial director for at least 3 years; experience of working with non-residents (not as partners, but as business participants); knowledge of English - not lower than Intermediate. Key tasks of the position: Ensuring the maintenance and reliability of Management Accounting and reporting for all Holding projects (business processes, budgets, acts, money accounting systems, etc.). Organization of the work of Accounting for all Holding companies (reliable accounting, timely and reliable reporting, taxation, availability of all primary documents, etc.). Optimization of project expenses .Coordinating and implementing financial models of projects.Complying with the requirements of regulatory acts.Coordinating contracts/contractual terms.Increasing income through additional products/types of earnings.Reliable and high-quality accounting of goods and services, ensuring their security. treasury and cash flows of the Holding. Ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks of managing the personal finances of the Shareholder. Calculation and timely payment of wages to employees of the Holding, including the optimal form of payment.
