Deputy financial director for reporting in GRAVE UKRAYiNA, Strahova kompaniya

The team of the Austrian insurance company GRAVE Ukraine invites to the team a specialist of the financial department for the position of Deputy director of finance for financial reporting insurance company.

Functional duties:

• closing of periods in the accounting system, ensuring the timeliness of closing the period;
• analysis of accounting registers, preparation of data for reporting;
• participation in the preparation/compilation of monthly , quarterly (half-yearly), annual full package of financial statements with IFRS;
• participation in the preparation of notes to financial statements with IFRS;
• preparation of separate blocks of specialized reporting (on the basis of financial statements);
• verification of the availability of documents for all processes and control, debt analysis;
• participation in the optimization of financial reporting preparation processes, planning;
• bookkeeping of certain types of operations ( more non-standard), preparation/drafting of documents from individual operations, in particular, EZ;
• possible connection to the preparation of consolidated, management reporting.

Requirements:

• higher education (accounting and auditing, finance, enterprise economics);
• work experience as an accountant or deputy chief accountant, auditor for at least 3-5 years, in particular in insurance company, in an auditing company for the audit of the insurance sector;
• practical knowledge of accounting according to the National Bank of Ukraine, experience in the field of accounting according to IFRS;
• experience in preparing data for financial reporting, as well as the formation of the financial reporting;
• practical skills of working with normative documents;
• experience of working with business contracts, including in the field of economic activity;
• skills of analysis, control, understanding specifics of the work of business units;
• ability to work with accounting programs, with reference and legal systems;
• systematicity, responsibility, perseverance, attention to details, independence, initiative, flexibility, analytical composition mind, passion for one's profession;
• knowledge of the English language - Intermediate (preferred).
