We are looking for a Deputy CFO!

Role in the team:

You will be a key partner to the CFO and company management, responsible for strategic planning, management analytics and financial performance business.

Tasks:

• optimize the structure of management reporting and automate it according to management needs

• form the annual budget (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) according to various scenarios and monitor its monthly execution

• prepare monthly management reports

• form operational budgets with taking into account the current business dynamics

• control cash flow and payments in accordance with the approved budget

• prepare management analytics: sales, receivables, deliveries, traffic, efficiency of work models

• together with the team develop financial models and evaluate the effectiveness of new business areas.

We will be happy to work together if You:

• think systematically, know how to structure large data sets and find optimization points

• have experience as a head of the budgeting and management reporting department

• well versed in Ukrainian accounting and tax accounting

• have experience in automation of management reporting and budgeting

• knowledge IFRS will be a strong advantage.
