Your duties will be:

• financial management of grant projects financed by international donors (World Bank, USAID, etc.), ensuring effective use of funds and compliance with financial rules and regulations;

• management of a team of 3-5 financial managers;

• control of the development of the budget and regular plan-fact of projects and the general budget of the business segment of the company;

• control of providing donors with regular financial reporting on projects;

• control and participation in audits of financial statements for projects;

• development and implementation of management reporting of the company's business segment;

• optimization and automation of the division's business processes;

• participation in the development of contracts within the framework of project implementation.

You are our ideal candidate if :

• have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance , accounting and auditing or economics;

• You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning or auditing;

• team management experience optimization of the unit's work;

• knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine;

• strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset;

• level of English (written and spoken) — upper-intermediate;

• advanced skills in working with Excel and accounting systems (1C, SAP, etc.).
