Your duties will be:
financial management of grant projects financed by international donors (World Bank, USAID, etc.), ensuring effective use of funds and compliance with financial rules and regulations;
management of a team of 3-5 financial managers;
control of the development of the budget and regular plan-fact of projects and the general budget of the business segment of the company;
control of providing donors with regular financial reporting on projects;
control and participation in audits of financial statements for projects;
development and implementation of management reporting of the company's business segment;
optimization and automation of the division's business processes;
participation in the development of contracts within the framework of project implementation.
You are our ideal candidate if :
You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning or auditing;
knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine;
strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset;
level of English (written and spoken) — upper-intermediate;
advanced skills in working with Excel and accounting systems (1C, SAP, etc.).
