WHAT TO DO?

• Optimize management reporting structures and automate them taking into account customer needs, audit financial and operational indicators for management and update them

• Take part in the formation and updating of the company's 5-year plan

• Form the company's annual budget(PL, CF, BS) under various scenarios and control its monthly execution

• Prepare monthly management reports for the company and other reports that are provided for in the Parent Company (both basic PL, CF, BS in general for the company and PL for individual areas of work, as well as other reports that include operational and financial indicators for different business units of the company)

• Format monthly operational budgets of the company taking into account the current dynamics

• Control monthly payments and cash flows according to the approved budget

• Control compliance with the Procurement Regulation in the company

• Prepare operative daily reports in the company: sales analytics for all work models, control of receivables, supply dynamics, traffic, etc.

• Together with the team, develop financial models and efficiency calculations of new directions for the company.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent skills in structuring and analyzing information, looking for and implementing ways to optimize processes.

We are waiting for a long and cool cooperation, if you have experience:

• Head of the budgeting and management reporting department

• Experience in automating (from setting up technical specifications to task implementation) management reporting and budgeting process

and knowledge:

• Ukrainian tax accounting

• IFRS will be an advantage
