Deputy financial director in CreditKasa

We are Creditkasa, a leader in the financial market in the field of lending. We have been working in FinTech for more than 6 years. We are currently looking for a Deputy Financial Director. Main duties: 1. Support of the main business as an analyst: Monitoring of key indicators of departments. Motivation and analysis of portfolio work. 2. Work with expenses: Analysis of deviations, search for optimizations. Preparation of data for reporting to the holding. 3. Interaction with the accounting department and the financial director: performing one-time tasks such as "what if". Assistance in portfolio/customer calculations. 4. Working with a database: Using SQL queries to independently obtain information for your tasks. Necessary knowledge: Excel: advanced level. SQL: intermediate level. 1C: intermediate level. Understanding of all key business processes. This position requires a deep understanding of the company's business processes , the ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify points to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing working conditions is important.
