Our employee in this position:

• Establishes and supports partnership relations with managers of the Client Business Development Department (sales) in export markets, communicates with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Responsible for analysis of financial indicators, creation and correction of reports, analytics on request (ad-hoc), taking into account modeling of financial results, to make management decisions
• Forms effective cooperation with all key functions within the Finance Department to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and other reporting used to make management decisions
• Responsible for planning OKR indicators, their monitoring with analysis of deviations, including opportunities and risks
• Responsible for preparing presentation materials on financial indicators, OKRs, sales dynamics, profitability, etc.
• Provides suggestions aimed at improving sales performance by increasing revenues or reducing costs
• Responsible for training and consulting the business unit on financial management issues, provides an understanding of basic financial metrics, key financial indicators of commercial activity
• Responsible for setting tasks to the analytical center for the formation of basic analytics and Power BI reporting

We invite you to interview, if you have:

• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, O365 accounting systems at the level of a confident user
• Experience in creating reports in Excel and Power BI
• Experience in a position no lower than an analyst in Finance, Marketing, Sales, experience in the direction of financial analysis from 3 years
• Understanding of business processes and operations related to finance and sales
• Economic analysis and forecasting skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and interact with different levels of management
• Responsibility and attention to details
• Experience in coordinating or leading commercial projects
