The East SOS charity fund has been uniting those who care about the future of Ukraine since 2014. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, we have expanded significantly in order to save as many victims of Russian aggression as possible. We are looking for an executive director:
ensure consistency of program activities with fundraising strategy and communications of the foundation;
coordinate the planning, budgeting and implementation of program projects;
initiate and accompany changes in project design (geography, types of services, framework of program activities) as needed;
coordinate the development, updating and implementation of program policies, regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP);
represent the fund at national and international program events;
build and maintain partnerships with national and international organizations, communities and government institutions;
support a corporate culture based on the principles of transparency, responsibility and mutual respect.
We we expect:
experience of strategic work in the humanitarian or human rights sector;
experience in managing programs and multi-component projects;
understanding of donor requirements, principles of accountability and monitoring;
ability to work with large amounts of information and make informed management decisions;
developed communication and leadership skills;
solidarity with the foundation's values: respect for human rights, humanism and equality;
resistance to work in conditions of change and crisis contexts;
readiness for business trips to Ukraine.
