We are looking for an executive director:

• 400; font-style: none">remuneration is discussed during the interview.
  font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">to lead the development and regular updating of the program directions;

• initiate and coordinate the needs of the target groups to the foundation's mission;

• ensure consistency of program activities with fundraising strategy and communications of the foundation;

• coordinate the planning, budgeting and implementation of program projects;

• initiate and accompany changes in project design (geography, types of services, framework of program activities) as needed;

• ensure compliance with risk and resource management, SOP, donor requirements and legislative norms in program activities;

• coordinate the development, updating and implementation of program policies, regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP);

• to implement the M&E system and analyze the effectiveness of the programs;

• to prepare analytical reports for the executive director; style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  represent the fund at national and international program events;

• build and maintain partnerships with national and international organizations, communities and government institutions;

• interact with HR in relation to management approaches teams;

• support a corporate culture based on the principles of transparency, responsibility and mutual respect.

• experience in managing programs and multi-component projects;

• understanding of donor requirements, principles of accountability and monitoring;

• ability to work with large amounts of information and make informed management decisions;

• resistance to work in conditions of change and crisis contexts;

• readiness for business trips to Ukraine.
