We invite you to become part of the team in the position of Deputy Director of the Department, head of methodology and reporting management.

Functional duties responsibilities:

• Participation in working groups and committees on compliance issues.
• Development, amendment, support for the implementation of the Code of Ethics, other compliance policies and procedures, other internal normative documents of the Company within the competence of the Department.   
• Consideration of employee appeals and letters from subordinate divisions of the company, providing compliance conclusions to management.
• Development and organization of measures aimed at compliance with the Company's policy.
• Conducting inspections of regulatory documents of the Company for compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Company's internal regulatory documents related to compliance risks.
• Monitoring compliance by the Company's employees with the compliance policy and procedures of the legislation of Ukraine within the scope of competence.
• Processing of complaints, proposals, statements of citizens and employees regarding violations of the Code of Ethics.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education (master's degree).
• Experience in compliance - at least 3 years.
• Confident user of Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Fluent command of English and Ukrainian languages.< /li>
