Our expectations from the candidate:      

Process management:

• branch personnel accounting;
• planning and calculation of personnel needs;
• search, selection, evaluation, training and development of personnel;
• pay and motivation of personnel, organizational changes;
• >staff discipline in units;
• internal communications and corporate events;
• interaction in the direction of trade union and collective bargaining work;
• work with youth and veterans;< /li>
• development of modern personnel management processes, in particular social responsibility, which will correspond to the mission and values ​​of the Company;
• activities of subordinate structural units and implementation of personnel management strategy;
• reception, relocation, dismissal of personnel;
• providing work on planning and registration of all types of vacations;
• interaction with trade unions operating in the Company;
• providing work on awarding branch employees;
• systems for personnel adaptation and probationary period.

You are eligible if you have:

• Full higher education in the relevant field of training;
• Management experience in the field of personnel management - at least 5 years;
• Experience in creating an HR vertical;
• Experience in interaction with trade union organizations;

• Proficiency in English - not lower than Intermediate;
