INVITE, a national facility company that works stably and reliably in the market of industrial and economic outsourcing, offering complex solutions in the areas of: cleaning, landscaping, technical maintenance of engineering systems of tapping, due to active development, invites to the team Deputy Director of Personnel We are looking for a colleague in the team with such professional acquisitions: Experience vanalogic position or HRM with skills in managing all HR processes (selection, attribution, assessment and development, corporate culture, personnel administration — optional); Experience in the selection of line, TOP personnel from 2 years; Experience in HR department personnel management — desirable; Confident skills with basic HR-processes: selection and adaptation of personnel; Experience in personnel evaluation; Staff retention measures; Skills of performing an integrative function between departments; High communication and organizational skills; Efficiency; Ability to work with large amounts of information. Duties of the position: Control of staffing; Organization of ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment of personnel for company vacancies; Organization of a full cycle of personnel adaptation; Participation in the organization of personnel evaluation and development (internal training); Maintaining effective communication between departments, carrying out measures to improve personnel productivity; Implementation of HR projects in accordance with the development strategy of the HR department; Development corporate culture both internally and externally (HR marketing); Organization of company project launches (start-up); HR analytics and reporting.
