About us in numbers:We have been working for 9 years, we have 6 studios in Kyiv, 1 studio in Irpen and 1 studio in Warsaw. In we have our own Bunny Academy. There are more than 200 bunnies working in our team.

Item includes:

• Implementation of the network income plan
• Organization and implementation of warehouse accounting, control of studio costs
• Control of the purchase of goods and materials for the work of the studios in accordance with the plan, carrying out inspections of regulatory and target use
• Maintaining the functionality of the studios, cleanliness of the premises, compliance of the atmosphere and appearance of the studios with the company's standards and mission
• Evaluation, analysis of the performance of network employees
< li>Controlling the onboarding and adaptation of new employees
• Controlling the implementation of the company's organizational policy
• Controlling the implementation of client service in the studios, resolving conflict situations, conducting complaint analytics and correcting errors with network employees

• Resolving ethical issues of employees and the team
• Preparation of personnel reserve
• Control of personnel document circulation over the network
• Control of employee payroll

  We will consider a candidate with:

  • Experience in a similar position in a system company (B2C) for at least 1 year
  • Successful experience in building operational management and people management
  • Excellent analytical skills and communication skills, responsibility and focus on results
  • Ability to independently form directions and priorities, make decisions and be responsible for them
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • Reliable knowledge use of the MS Office package
