Deputy Director of Operations in Farmastor

The national pharmaceutical company "Pharmastor" invites a Deputy Operations Director to its team. We need an employee who has experience and knowledge: Work experience of 5 years or more; Higher education preferably in pharmaceuticals; Confident level of proficiency, Excel, BI analytics; Team management skills, ability to independently form directions and priorities, make decisions and bear responsibility for them; focus on results, proactivity, independence in decision-making and setting priorities, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work with objections, systemic thinking. Tasks you will work with: Implementation of budgetary key KPIs (Market share, Ebitda, maintenance and others); Creation of operational vertical management; Management of the retail network; Optimization of current standards and BP to increase operational efficiency; TT); Searching for additional sales channels; Forming a DD and RM team; Conducting RM attestations; Formation of a system of motivations and demotivations for the operational link; Monitoring the implementation of key BP and standards on the ground; Conducting trainings for RM and DD to increase their professionalism (acting as a customer in SE).
