Deputy Director of Operations in Amar Nat, FOP

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of all business processes of the company and their optimization.
• Development and implementation of regulations for each business process.
• Establishment of KPIs (key performance indicators) for various departments and processes.
• Introduction of a system of fines for non-compliance with established regulations and non-fulfillment of KPIs.
• Coordination and performing tasks related to the management of warehouse operations, including inventory control and logistics.
• Posting new vacancies, finding and adapting suitable employees, working with HR processes.
• Resolving issues, related to 1C accounting, and support for the smooth operation of this area.
• Search for new channels to increase sales and expand the market.
• Prompt response to emerging problems and ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
• Helping the head of the company in strategic planning and performing daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Work experience in managerial positions, preferably in the field of operational activity management or business analysis.
• Knowledge and practical experience of working with 1C accounting.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, develop and implement regulations and KPI.
• Experience in managing warehouse operations and knowledge of logistics.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including selection, adaptation and motivation of employees.
• High level of responsibility, initiative and independence.
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions.
