Requirements for the candidate:
- excellent communication skills;
- high organization and attention to details;
- work experience of 3 years or more will be an advantage.
Main duties ties:
- interaction with production regarding the creation of new company products and changes to previously created ones;
- development/change of advertising materials (postcards, booklets, presentations, banners and texts for newsletters);
- export registration (packaging, stickers, layouts, presentations, etc.);
- registration of contract production + presentations for partners;
- reception and processing of product quality claims from partners;
- control of advertising effectiveness in social networks;
- setting of received tasks from the sales department, to the designer and copywriter;
- checking content for social networks, websites, promotions, outlets;
- controlling the effectiveness of the call center and its optimization, helping the call center in dealing with questions from customers (in cases when a request for production is required or the customer's question is not in the script);
- formation and control of the implementation of the sales plan;
- approval of promotions, discounts, gifts to orders, solutions to issues that arise when ordering printed products;
- optimization of document flow and online store reporting;
- monthly control of costs for targeted advertising.
