• Higher education (economics, law or education in the field of management);
• Experience 3 years of work in the financial monitoring division of a bank or financial company;
• Impeccable business reputation and compliance with the qualification requirements for a responsible employee;
• Knowledge of legislation on financial monitoring and sanctioning legislation, the ability to use them in practice;
• Availability of an up-to-date certificate of advanced training on financial monitoring issues advantage.

Main tasks:

• Managing the financial monitoring system in the company;
• Ensuring that the company complies with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation in the field of prevention of legalization of criminal proceeds/financing terrorism;
• Participation in the preparation of changes to internal documents on financial monitoring issues;
• Formation of reports on risk assessment and the company's risk profile;
• Control over the implementation of measures for the identification and verification of the company's clients, as well as other measures for due diligence of clients;
• Identification of risky transactions of clients with further investigation and appropriate measures;
• Formation, verification and submission of NBU statistical reporting on financial monitoring issues;
• Conducting audits of units of the Financial Monitoring Institution;
• Organization of employee training on financial monitoring issues.
