• development and implementation of current and future plans for capital construction and ongoing repairs;
• organization and control of construction works in accordance with the approved schedule and budget;
• interaction with representatives of the management office (Germany), preparation of regular reports on the status of projects, including schedules, budgets and key indicators;
• ensuring compliance of construction works with technical requirements, construction standards and standards;
• quality control of work at all stages of construction and resolution of defects;
• ensuring effective interaction between contractors, subcontractors and internal teams;
• analysis of possible project risks and development of measures to minimize them;
• formation and control of budgets by direction;
• management of documentation by direction, including contracts, permits, specifications and plans;
• technical supervision of the condition of operated buildings; detection of objects that do not meet safety requirements, subject to capital repair, reconstruction.

What we expect:

• higher engineering and technical education;
• knowledge of construction technological processes, standards and construction regulations;
• confident user of MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP (preferred);
• possession of methods of planning, organization and control of construction execution work;
• responsibility, proactivity, ability to make decisions under limited time;
• analytical thinking, ability to build effective communication, manage several projects, attention to details;
• proficiency in English.
