Main responsibilities:

• Analysis and accounting of vacant premises on the territory of Sport Life network clubs for commercial
• Search, selection and attraction of potential subtenants (restaurants, beauty salons, shops, travel agencies, coffee shops, services, offices, etc.)
• Negotiations with potential sublessees
• Preparation of commercial proposals and sublease terms
• Conclusion of sublease agreements, agreement of terms with legal and financial departments
• Control of fulfillment of sublease terms
• Monitoring of market prices and terms of lease of commercial spaces in fitness and shopping centers, etc.
• Organization of effective placement of subtenants taking into account the concept of clubs
• Control of timeliness of rent payments
• Participation in the development of plans to increase income from sublease

  Requirements for candidates:

  • Education - higher;
  • Activity, persistence;
  • Experience from 2 years in the position of Manager of the vending machines business;

Requirements for candidates:

• Skills in conducting negotiations and resolving conflict situations;
• Understanding the principles of commercial partnership and contractual relations;
• Activity, perseverance;
• Experience of working in real estate in management positions;
• Experience from 2 years in the position of Deputy Director of Commercial Real Estate.
