Deputy director of sales of recreation and SPA services

Requirements:

Education in the field of management and marketing

Experience in the field of sales of recreation and SPA services

Availability of examples of previous successful projects

Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, command of spoken English will be an advantage

Implementation of new customer attraction channels

Analysis of the effectiveness of the existing advertising campaign

Promotion of the site and its constant updating

Maintenance of pages in social networks (writing posts, maintaining Facebook and Instagram pages, etc.)

Writing texts and selecting images for posts

Shooting and editing video reviews

Shooting and processing photos< /p>

Development, planning and implementation of promotional events

Development, organization of marketing research

Development and implementation of a program to increase sales and profit growth

Development and implementation of the brand development strategy

Monitoring of competitors' advertising campaigns, analysis of their pricing policy

Building own marketing programs taking into account new methods of promotion

Forecasting sales volumes< /p>

Budget planning

Conducting an analysis of the services market in the field of recreation and SPA

Development of advertising products, print control (booklets, banners, business cards, etc.)

Monitoring of the company's reputation

Control of compliance with guest service standards, condition of rooms, quality of spa services and other services on the territory of the complex

Tisna interaction with the heads of all departments to improve the level of services
