Deputy director for production issues in Askaniya FMCG

Green Power Euroelectric Ukraine is a Ukrainian manufacturing company in the field of electrical engineering and lighting engineering, which develops and implements modern technological solutions. In connection with the development of production, we are looking for a deputy director for production issues.

Main requirements:

• Higher technical education

• Knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage

• Experience in managing a team of 5–15 people

• Deep understanding of all stages of the production process

• Experience in organizing the full cycle: TK > prototype > testing > mass production

Key skills:

• Strong managerial and organizational skills

• Ability to manage several projects in parallel

• Experience in implementing control systems quality

• Optimization and scaling of production processes

• Effective communication with management, customers and partners

Functional duties:

Production organization

• Planning and control of all stages of the production process

• Ensuring compliance with deadlines orders

Quality control

• Quality control at all stages of production

• Implementation of standards, technical documentation, protocols

Team management

• Management of production personnel

• Training and development teams

Optimization of processes

• Introduction of new technologies and production methods

• Modernization and unification of products

• Control of materials and warehouse stocks

Interaction with divisions

• Cooperation with R&D, logistics, managers orders

• Participation in the development of new products, prototypes and tests

Financial and economic responsibility

• Ensuring production profitability

• Loading production capacities with orders

• Organization and development of new and existing production processes

Personal qualities

• High responsibility and stress resistance

• System thinking and strategic approach

• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility

• Result orientation

• Strong communication skills
