Deputy director for optimization and improvement of medical assistance business processes in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team Deputy director for optimization and improvement of medical assistance business processes. >

What needs to be done:

• Conducting a detailed analysis and description of existing business processes related to customer service in medical assistance
• Creation of recommendations for simplification and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency and convenience
• Implementation of new technologies for process automation, including creation and description of tasks, as well as active participation in development as a product owner
• Creation and implementation of strategic tasks related to customer service within the framework of voluntary health insurance (VHI)
• Preparation of project reports and analytical materials for company management
• Ensuring general control by the productivity and quality of work of groups of performers, including doctors and coordinators of medical assistance

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of business automation processes - from 2 years
• High MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI will be an advantage
• Developed analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Scrum and Agile, experience working with IT products as a Product Manager will be an additional advantage
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Orientation towards result and the ability to take responsibility
