Specifics of work:

• Organization and control of department work. Team management.
• Legal support of the main and operational activities of the enterprise.
• Development, analysis and approval of contracts for construction, major repairs, additional agreements, etc. Support, opening, operation, etc.
• Control and inspection during the preparation and conclusion of contracts for compliance with the requirements of the legislation on public procurement.
• Providing legal advice to management and employees.
• Control of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of construction, repairs, real estate, lease relationships, economic activity.
• Claim and lawsuit work, interaction with condominiums, state authorities, notaries, etc.
• Representation of the interests of the company (protection of the interests of the company in various authorities and state bodies).
• Legal assessment of risks, development of mechanisms for their minimization.
• Development and implementation of internal policies, founding and organizational documents, procedures, contract templates (statutes, regulations, rules, instructions, etc.).
• Monitoring and constant analysis of changes in legislation and adaptation of business processes companies.
• Work with subcontract construction and design organizations.

Key requirements:

• Higher legal education.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3-5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation in the field of construction business.
• Experience in working with regulations in the field construction.
• Ability to organize the work of a team and develop strategies for legal support.
• English at the B2 level will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office at the level of a confident user.
