Responsibilities: Management Development of the company's strategy (product, commerce, marketing, finance, personnel). Coordination of the work of all structural divisions and services. Personnel management (formation and improvement of the staff of employees). other).Justification of the need to attract investments before the founders.Commerce Attracting new customers.Formation of a portfolio of orders/projects.Finance.Preparation of the annual budget.Preparation of forecasts, production plans, sales plans.Development and agreement with the founders of financial and production plans.Project management , volume of work. Control of cost, project output indicators. Control of project costs and their compliance with the approved budget. Analysis of production (design) activities and development of solutions to reduce production costs. Risk analysis of each project, decision-making/recommendations regarding possible suspension, early termination project. Requirements: Higher education. Work experience in the construction/project industry in management positions for at least 3 years. Knowledge of the project market: main participants, price segmentation, legislative regulation. Client-oriented approach in organizing communications with the Customer. PC experienced user (MSOffice, 1C) , responsibility.
