• Manage current operational processes and network expansion
• Manage a group of stores
• Execute key KPIs - turnover, losses, service
• Work with a large team - inspire and develop subordinates

Important for us:

• Higher education (preferably business administration, economy, etc.)
• Experience of working in a similar position in a system company from the 1st year
• Knowledge in the field of operational management
• Knowledge of analytical methods and approaches for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of projects, the ability to draw up business plans and project budgets
• Successful experience in building operational management and management people
• Own a car and a category B driver's license
• Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, responsibility and focus on the result
• Fluent communication in the Ukrainian language
