BF "Right to Protection" (the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), people in need of international protection, stateless persons and groups at risk of statelessness. The Fund is an executive partner of UNHCR and implements programs of free legal aid throughout Ukraine, as well as promotes changes in national legislation in accordance with international standards in the field of human rights. none"> financed by FCDO and aimed at protecting and supporting the civilian population affected by the conflict in Ukraine. The project is implemented by the first national consortium (a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations under the leadership of a Ukrainian organization, where each organization brings its expertise and works in a specific field). The project aims to protect and support IDPs and other vulnerable groups through emergency assistance (evacuations, temporary accommodation, financial support), ensuring access to basic services (legal aid, documentation, social transport), as well as national advocacy for reforms in the areas of protection, compensation and social policy. Special attention is paid to children, people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, victims of domestic violence and other vulnerable categories.

The project will be implemented fromSeptember 2025 to March 2028. year in the following regions of Ukraine:Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regionsThe project is implemented in regions and communities with a high level of security (in particular, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions). BF "Right to Protection" organizes working conditions taking into account the security context and provides measures to reduce risks and protect the team.

The project is looking forDeputy coordinator of the PULSE consortiumThe Deputy Coordinator of the PULSE Consortium works under the supervision, reporting and reporting to the Coordinator of the Consortium. The Deputy will support the Coordinator of the Consortium and manage the activities of the Consortium in her absence. He/she supports the overall coordination of the PULSE Consortium and performs organizational tasks related to its management and development.

The deputy coordinator of the consortium conducts activities in an offline format (Kyiv). The position involves business trips.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSORTIUM COORDINATOR

  • Carry out regular communication with the donor and main stakeholders (chairmen and project managers of the member organizations of the PULSE consortium, the project team of the BF Right to Protection, representatives of coordination structures, etc.);

  • Support the organization of meetings of the Consortium Steering Committee;

  • Coordinate the activities of program, regional and support the activities of functional working groups within the consortium;

  • Support processes of quarterly reporting to the donor;

  • Perform organizational tasks related to ensuring the effective work of the consortium, including by searching for the necessary information, preparing documents, presentations, organizing and conducting work meetings, workshops, other events at the local and national level, organizing and conducting trips, preparing reports;

  • Prepare high-quality and timely regular reports on work results, identify possible challenges and submit these reports to the Consortium Coordinator in a timely manner;

  • With the approval and/or mandate of the Coordinator of the consortium, to represent it during relevant national and international meetings;

  • On behalf of Kconsortium coordinators to represent the Fund at all relevant coordination working meetings, forums with partner organizations, stakeholders, etc.;

  • Follow all relevant policies and procedures of the Fund, in particular the code behavior.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education in the field management, international relations, public management and administration or related;

  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, command of the English language at a level not lower than B2;

  • Knowledge of the humanitarian sector in Ukraine and previous work in it will be a significant advantage;

  • Willingness to travel within Ukraine;

    Strong communication and organizational skills, presentation and analysis skills;
