MAIN DUTIES:
- Development and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation plans
- Collection, processing and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data (questionnaires, interviews, focus groups)
- Evaluation of program effectiveness and analysis of impact on target groups
- Preparation of reporting for internal use and for donors
- Implementation of mechanisms of accountability and feedback with beneficiaries
- Working with beneficiaries to ensure their active involvement in the decision-making process of projects
- Development and maintenance of effective systems for obtaining feedback and responding to requests and complaints
- Promoting the development of a culture of learning in the team and organization by conducting trainings on monitoring, evaluation and accountability
- Analyzing the results of monitoring and evaluation to improve the effectiveness of projects and programs
- Creating recommendations for improving management processes and operational practices within programs
- Using monitoring results to plan new programs and adjust current ones
- Using quantitative and qualitative methods to collect data in the field
- Using tools for data collection, processing and analysis (eg Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODKPower BI etc)
- Preparation of reports for senior management, donors and partners of the organization
- Definition and monitoring of project performance indicators and their impact on communities
- Preparation of regular monitoring and evaluation reports for internal use and for donors
- Presentation of monitoring results and assessments at meetings and for interested parties
- Ensuring transparency and availability of data for all participants in the project implementation process
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the field of social sciences or humanities, economics, project management, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation or project management
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools
- Experience with humanitarian, charitable or development organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods
- Skills with analytical tools and software (Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level or above
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and under tight deadlines
- High motivation, organization, adaptability
- Teamwork, responsibility, respect for beneficiaries
