BF "Right to Protection" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a charitable organization that focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs), victims of war, refugees and stateless persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
The project "Complex services for the protection of the civilian population affected by hostilities and improving the resilience skills of workers who come to help first" aims to protect and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons, war-affected populations, stateless persons, and veterans and their families at the national, local, and individual levels. In 2026, the Fund, as part of the project, will monitor the protection of the rights of IDPs and provide free legal assistance to internally displaced persons, stateless persons, veterans and their families in the regions of Ukraine. supporting the effective work of the legal team of the project by coordinating the activities of lawyers and advocates, monitoring the provision of legal assistance to beneficiaries, analyzing legal cases, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance and control of databases and working documentation in accordance with the requirements of the project. 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">The coordinator of the provision of legal assistance to stateless persons is responsible for the implementation of lawyers and lawyers project.
Supporting the coordinator of providing legal assistance to stateless persons in planning and organizing the work of the legal department.
Maintenance and updating of databases, tables and other accounting tools of legal team activities.
Control over timely and correct filling of internal databases and reporting tables by lawyers.
Summary and analysis of statistical data on the activities of the legal team.
Preparation of analytical information and internal reporting on the provision of legal aid.
Interacting with other team members directly to ensure effective coordination of activities.
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of work documentation in accordance with the requirements of the project and direction.
Adherence to the principles of confidentiality, protection of personal data and ethical standards in working with information about beneficiaries.
If necessary, to perform other tasks related to project implementation.
Professional requirements
Higher education in the field of law.
Work experience in the field of legal aid or human rights protection activities will be an advantage.
Experience in team coordination or project management would be an advantage.
Understanding human rights processes.
Experience in working with databases, tables and information accounting tools.
High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent command of the Ukrainian language, both orally and in writing.
High level of organization and ability to work with a large amount of information.
Teamwork and effective communication skills.
Adherence to the principles of confidentiality and ethical standards in working with information.
Comply with the Code of Conduct and Foundation Policies.
