Deputy commercial director of the "Own production" department in THRASH! TRASh!

We are a Ukrainian chain of food stores THRASH! TRASH!", which is part of the Fozzy Group group of companies.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we invite to the team Deputy commercial director of the direction "Own production".

What do we entrust to you?

• Formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of the directions of our own production (Picestation, Dopik, FTG, Kavopoint)

• Planning, control and achievement of financial indicators of projects and the direction of own production

• Ensuring the implementation of assortment, price and promotion policy

• Development and implementation of a system of partnership interaction with suppliers.

• Organization of interaction between the commercial block and production

• Strategic scaling of direction and development of new formats

• Management of categories and assortment, formation of budgets, P&L analysis

• Control of commercial losses, estimates and efficiency of projects

• Negotiations and agreement of contractual and financial conditions

What do we expect from you?

• Full higher education in the field of economics, management or food technology

• At least 2 years of work experience in management positions in the direction of own production, cooking or bakeries (in retail or in the FMCG sector) will be an advantage

• Confident possession Excel, experience with BI tools

• Understanding financial indicators, experience with P&L

• Negotiation and project management skills

• System thinking, result orientation, responsibility
