We will definitely help you if you have: 5+ years of work experience; work experience in the off-budget field; excellent skills in working with accounting programs; fluency in MSOffice, Google Docs, and other modern digital tools; experience using MEDok; understanding and experience of using KEP. In our team, you will be engaged in: Help organize the work of the accounting department with 5 people; Take an active part in the preparation of reporting and accounting; Organization of accounting of payments with suppliers and buyers, control of the availability of primary documents, reconciliation with counterparties; Control and check the entry of bank statements into the cloud system, the entry of data on the sale of insurance policies into the cloud program, settlements with insurance companies; Organize accounting of fixed assets, intangible assets, verification of amortization, documentation of the receipt of the OZ registration, modernization; Assist in the preparation of VAT reports, check the availability of all incoming tax returns, monitor registration limits and timely payment of VAT; Help and check calculation of salary, vacation and sick leave; Assist the chief accountant in transferring data to the new accounting program, preparing data for the preparation of financial, statistical, tax and administrative reporting.
