Deputy Chief Accountant in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites a Deputy Chief Accountant to its team

Functional duties:

• Compilation of financial statements of 29 companies (small and micro enterprises) in SAP, 1C and BAF programs.
• Compilation and submission of reports to statistics - (9-SEZ, 10-SEZ, 2-investments, 1 -entrepreneurship, 2-OZ, 1-B) quarterly and annual (24 companies (21 small and mini enterprises; 3 accounting companies according to IFRS).
• Closing the period for 29 companies. Analysis of postings, control of advances and accrual of reserves, commissioning and accrual of depreciation for all departments of the company. Reconciliation with counterparties.
< Agreement of contracts. Compilation of certificates for additional goods.
• Calculation of the amount of agent's remuneration.
• audit of consolidated and individual financial statements.
• Preparation and audit of separate statements of a small enterprise for 2021-2023 according to international standards. Preparation of XBRL reporting for 2021-2023. 
• Other tasks of the chief accountant. 

Skills required for functional duties:

• Knowledge of IFRS and national standards, knowledge of VAT accounting, income tax. 
• Experience in SAP; XBRL reporting experience. 
• Ability to work with large amounts of information

Possibility of a Diploma of the Ministry of Finance or ACCA (perhaps an incomplete course) (will be an advantage)
