Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board / Head of Banking Relations in 3S, Konsaltingova agenciya

We are a large financial and legal holding company. Our activities are related to complex transaction solutions, asset management and investment consulting. Due to scaling, we are looking for a leader to take on the development and management of relationships with the banking sector.

This is a position for a "heavyweight" in the field of finance - a former bank board member, deputy chairman of the board or CFO with a strong background in interaction with 5-8 systemic banks.

Your mission is to be the chief diplomat and holding strategist in the banking environment. You will negotiate the terms of cooperation, solve complex payment issues between several companies and support complex cases.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Building and development stable network of contacts with banking institutions at the level of the board and heads of departments.
• Achieving agreements on individual terms of service, limits, currency operations and compliance.
• Organization and support of payment solutions between a group of companies.
• Settlement of debt issues and optimization of interaction with banks that are in the process of restructuring or reducing regional presence.
• Regular business trips for negotiations in the regions.

Our ideal candidate:

• Deputy chairman of the bank's board, member of the board, Head of Corporate Banking or a partner of a legal company (Banking & Finance practice).
• Deep understanding of how the banking structure works from the inside, especially in terms of corporate business and risks.
• The presence of stable contacts in the banking environment (3–8 banks) will be an advantage.
• Lives in Kyiv or is ready to relocate from other cities of Ukraine.
• High the level of emotional intelligence, the ability to negotiate, systematicity and impeccable business reputation.
